When you initiate a transfer, the files move directly through a secure channel established between the participating users. There is no intermediary file handling, no temporary cloud storage, and no scanning of the payload. Your files remain under your control and are not accessible to our systems from the moment a transfer begins until it is completed.

No Personal Identification

We are committed to operating without identifying individual users. We do not require accounts, we perform no identity verification, and we do not use persistent identifiers tied to individuals.

Information We Process

Network and Device Characteristics

We process a limited scope of general connection-related information and technical device characteristics. Processing this baseline operational data is necessary to maintain system reliability and ensure stable connections, protect platform security, and enable our abuse prevention mechanisms.

In order to fulfill their specific operational roles, they may process limited technical information about the connection environment. They do not have access to your files. Most analytical and performance information we process is retained for a limited duration, generally 90 days or less, and is often aggregated or anonymized earlier.

Limited technical information used to maintain security and prevent misuse may be retained for a longer duration, as necessary to support the reliability and integrity of the platform. This information remains limited in scope and is not used to identify individual users.

Because our platform is architecturally content-blind, the responsibility for verifying the safety, authenticity, and legality of a transfer rests with the users. We provide the secure connection, but you provide the trust. We recommend interacting with trusted sources when sending or receiving files. It is best practice to independently confirm the transfer details with the other party through a secondary communication channel before accepting any file.

Service Limitations

Due to the inherent nature of direct browser-to-browser connections, we make no guarantee of successful transfers. Real-time connections are subject to external environmental factors beyond our control, such as restrictive local networks or device sleep states. Consequently, we make no guarantee of continuous or completely uninterrupted service.
